black truffle and a Porcini ravioli- “Francese”

add white Alba truffle- $45

Pork Belly & Scallop, Kohlrabi, mung bean, black vinegar, persimmon

*petite fillet of beef- olive oil and thyme crushed potato, broccoli rabe, perigueux sauce
