black truffle and a morel mushroom ravioli- “Francese”

add white Alba truffle- $45

 Scallop, Kohlrabi, mung bean, black vinegar, ore blanco

*petite fillet of beef- olive oil and thyme crushed potato, broccoli rabe, perigueux sauce

add Foie Gras $20

*swordfish - truffled butter bean puree and roasted romanesco, guerre rouge

*risotto- Di napoli squash, oakdale gouda, wild mushrooms, mint
